It says my RDW is high... 15.4... it says my SEGS (POLYS) is low... 46.8... it says my LYMPS is high... 43.1.... what does that mean

Hi..Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

MCH means Mean corpuscular haemoglobin, haemoglobin in one red blood cell. RDW means Red cell distribution width, width of red blood cells. Your MCH is low 27.3pg RDW is high 15.4, It may indicate megaloblastic anemia if you have low haemoglobin in blood.

Your polymorphs are slightly low 46.8% & lymphocytes are slightly high. These may indicate some pathology like Acute viral infections, Tuberculosis etc. If you have other symptoms of illness like fever, nausia, cough, etc too

Refer to your physician for consultation
Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved
