General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

CT and MRI point to the same diagnosis that is ischemia (reduced blood supply to brain). This is mainly due to HTN. Of course other factors like lipid profile disturbances and diabetes may be other contributing factors. Echo also indicate hypertensive heart disease. Episodes of seizures may also be due to ischemia of brain. You are advised to keep your BP controlled. Also your cholesterol and sugar levels to be in normal range.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
