What Do These Blood Test Results Indicate?

I had some blood work done 1/2016 and they did a ESR, and it was elevated to 35. Repeated it yesterday and it was 44. I have no signs of infection. I am supposed to repeat ESR and add an ANA in 2 weeks. Is there any other blood work that would be helpful to diagnose what s going on?
