What Do These X-ray And MRI Scan Result For Hip Pain Indicate?

Hi, I am a 30 year old female with right hip pain for about 6 months. I have had an xray that shows an os acetabuli. An MRI shows a small amount of bone marrow edema adjacent to the unfused bone. No other findings to report. My family doctor said that the MRI was normal and said my pain was probably due to poor biomechanics. Is it possible to have bone marrow edema from poor bimechanics? His next recommendation is to try PT, but if the unfused bone is what is causing the edema if will still be there, right?
