Hi dear!

Thanks for consulting the Physicians at HealthCare Magic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry at all as nothing is wrong going on there. But I dont have your age, weight, height, gender. So its a bit useless chart of BP recordings. But if I consider you a normal physique male/female in twenties; then it looks almost normal BP. There is nothing wrong.
Your pulse rate looks a bit high But that sometimes happens when you are apprehensive and nervous.
