Hi,
Looking at the results, I am of the opinion that it is chronic hepatitis - non replicating type.
HBsAg value is increased indicating presence of infection. As HBV DNA by PCR is not present, it indicates non-replicating type.
Results are better compared to a replicating type or an acute type.
Chronic hepatitis in future carries a risk of liver cancer (hepatocellular carinoma). Routine tumor marker and other investigations are necessary to look for its onset.
Any further queries, happy to help you again.
