What Do The Semen Analysis Results Indicate?

Hi, My Self Dharmendra, on 11th June'2011 i have gone through Seman Test and Found the following figures on motality:
a) Progressive actively motile :10%
b)Progressive sluggishly motile: 15%
c)Non Progressive Motile: 20%
d) Non Motile:55%
and Then Gynecologist has suggested me COQ Forte 2 capsule for Two Month daily and One Lycored Softgel Capsule for 6 Month, i am takingboth of this regularly since last two months will my sperm motality is incresed now! Doctor has suggested that we will do IUI in this cycle i.e. between 01.08.2011 to 10.08.2011? What are the Sucesse rate of this entire treatment and Shall we get the good news at the end of Aug'11 please guide us...

Your semen analysis report suggests decreased sperm motility.
Besides medicine you should do exercise and take nutritious food.
You should avoid tight underpants.
Avoid cigarettes and alcohol if you take these things.

If low motility persists even with medication and measures discussed above then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.
