Welcome to Health care magic.

The report says that the uterus is bulky - which is seen in the inflammatory changes - adenomyosis. Anteverted uterus means the relation ship with the bladder.

But there is no pathology mentioned other than bulky - so there is no obvious pathology.

The ovary shows a small cyst with septa / divisions - this is more towards malignant features. But not definitive diagnosis - definitive diagnosis will be FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology / BIOPSY.
Severity - is not much, its considered severe when large cyst with thick septa with intramural nodules.
In this case further MRI with contrast may help in more information in diagnosis.
( where enhancement can be evaluated).

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
