welcome to hcm...pus cells means that you have infection of genital system ...do you have pain during sex or urination ..or do you have any penile discharge or itching or some lesions on genitalia ..if there is nothing abnormal then you have to take antibiotics as azithromycin for 5 days ...please repeat semen analysis after that
