What Do The Following Ultrasound Reports Indicate?

Hi doc, I'm 26 years old and I was pregnant, but after having ultrasound, only the sac was seen and no baby yet, after 3 weeks I had an ultrasound again, still no progress. My OB said it was anembryonic pregnancy. So she advised me to undergo raspa(dilation and curettage) after bleeding. Do I still need to undergo raspa if there's no baby yet inside. Please help me. Thank you. God bless

Hi I think you will need a dilation and curettage for anembryonic pregnancy. There is a chance that you may start bleeding in one to two weeks but it can be heavy . So, better to go for a d n C. Hope it helps.
