What Do The Following Reports Indicate?

Hi have my 2d echo result now and the conclusion says-concentric left ventricular remodelling with normal wall motion,contractility and systolic function.-normal left artrial volume index-trivial tricuspid regurgitation-normal pulmonary artery pressure What does this mean?? Is my heart normal no problem?
