What does it mean to have these blood work results/

Thanks gor your queztion on HCM. In my opinion you should not worry at all about giant platelets. In your report ,your WBC count is low so may be viral infection is the cause. And giant platelets can be seen in
1. Normal individual
2. Viral infection.
3. Technical error as platelets ate most temperature sensitive so if the sample was mishandled than chances of platelet abnormalities are high.
So no need to worry.
