General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The raised value of creatine kinase with neck pain indicates a possible issue with inflammation of muscle most likely.

However, a thorough clinical examination and history are must before final comments of the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
