What Do Swollen Right Ear With Yellowish Fluid Crust At The Back Indicate?

My right ear is swollen, and the skin on the back side of the ear is draining a clear/yellowish fluid that crusts over quickly after picking at it. There is some itchy-ness not to bad, but after the fluid breaks the skin open it eventually becomes scabbed.
