What Do Swelling On The Face And Sore Throat Indicate?

I have a feeling on my right side of my face, mostly ear and jaw and side of my face, like an ear ache, then some puffiness and a sound of fluid moving around the ear area, it started this morning like maybe some soreness in upper throat then ear then progressed to side of face like maybe some swelling

Thanks for the query..

It looks like it started with an ear Infection and the tenderness and pain in jaw and sore throat is radiating pain from the ear..

Pain in jaw can also be due to inflammation of lymph nodes due to infection that are present under the jaw..

So my suggestion is to consult an Emergency room and get evaluated..
An ear examination can be done along with an examination of teeth and jaw joint to rule out if there are certain additional causes..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics like Augmentin and anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..
Antiseptic and analgesic ear drops can also be advised for faster relief..
