Please note that head injury and neck injury can give not much symptoms even in case of serious damages. Its because both spinal cord and brain are covered with bones so you can not look inside. That is why it is really important to have proper diagnostics. Symptoms which may indicate that something more that soft tissues contusion has happen are: headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, neck pain, uneven pupils. I suggest you to see neurologist for physical examination. In case of doubts, head CT should be done. Hope this will help. Regards.
