What Do Small Spots On The Scrotum Indicate?
I HAVE two small spots on the font of my scrotum where the penis comes in contact that are bleeding dark red blood. I just noticed it this evening when I urinated. First thought it was in the urine but on further inspection, noticed blood seeping from sac.

1. Fordyce angiokeratoma
2. Herpes
3. Folliculitis or ruptured boil, etcetera
