Hello I always get small red bumps at the head of my penis when I wear swim suits or swim I am not sexually active since last 3 months. I have urticaria and I use Zyrtec once a day, red dots are tiny some times they burn a little not much and they disappear if I do not wear swim suit. I have gone through your query and here is my advice. It may be due to dermatitis.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

Take tab loratidine for itching.
