Hi. Dr... on the right side of my penis a grain occour its clr is like pearl having no pain... i just pressed it aftr two or three days two more grains on my penia... they all are small but not in size of sand.. U can imagine the size half wheat grain...

I understand your concern.
The lesions you are describing could be infection of the skin of your penis.
Kindly take the following measures to overcome it.
1. Wash the area with cold water twice a day using mild antiseptic like Savlon.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin skin cream.
3. Avoid sexual activities till all the lesions heal.
4. Keep the area clean and hygienic.
