What Do Small Blisters On The Palms Indicate?

I have a small patch on my palm that is like small blisters or pimples under the skin. Based on where it s located, I think it s due to me wiping up two different cleaners with same paper towel, that got on my hand. I didn t even think about it until the next day when I noticed the bumps. they are isolated to one area and have not spread or gotten bigger. They are under the skin but are red and hurt. How should I be treating this?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It looks like irritation of the skin in the area where the cleaners were applied and it has led to irritation of the skin causing redness and pain.
I would suggest you to keep the area clean.
You can apply ice packs over the area and apply steroid ointment like Betnovate over it.
Do not scratch the area again and again as it can get further irritated with it.
In case if it does not improve in a week consult an Emergency room and get evaluated..

ope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Honey Arora
