What Do Slightly Increased Number And Size Of Mesenteric Lymph Nodes Mean?

I am a 32 year old male, and have been having diffrent stomach issues for the last 6 months. Last week I went to my GP. My stomach was burning pain that starts on my right side works down and over to my left side. Only come on in the evening. So he sent me for a ct. Scan and they came back with this, mesenteric lymph nodes are slightly increased in size and number. With the largest measuring 9mm in short axis no mess redox mass. And colonic diverticulosis without evidence of diverticulitis. My question is what to do next he said my stomach pain wouldn t be caused by this. That s were I am any ideas.
