What Do Skin Abrasions On The Arms Indicate?

My grandson has several round skin abrasions on one arm with what looks like a pinpoint in the middle. A few have started to appear on his other arm. They do not seem to hurt but seem to be spreading. We just returned from the beach and a lake water park

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of insect bite from beach water is more likely.
So give him levocetrizine or fexofenadine and apply mometasone cream on arm.
He will mostly improve with all these in 1-2 days.
If not improving then consult dermatologist.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your grandson. Thanks.
