Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of hemorrhoids. You should undergo per rectal examination and colonoscopy with your clinician. There is a simple procedure to reduce the same.

It is advisable to do this sooner rather than later so as to ensure you do not get an infection or end up with thrombosed piles.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan
