What Do Right Lung Fibrosis And Opacification Mean?

I had tb in 2016 and treated but was again diagonised in 2009 again and was put on medication. But recently for dmplyment issues I wenot for medical test and i was un fit. Following the x-ray the doctors report was right lung fibrosis and opacification. What is this? I have also realised that in the morning i cough once but the product is like i have inhealed dust. Lab report showed no afb seen. Pliz help.

itwas not properly treated and you were not regular in taking medicine. you are advised to take dot medication xray is not confirmative rather sputum for AFB is confirmative repeat sputum for afb.dot treatment is more dependable since regularity will be confirmed by doctor and diseases will be maintained with regularity. sputum should be kept over night. and early morning be tested.
