Yeah hi, I have literally a small red spot on my foreskin right on the right side of my foreskin below the head of my penis. It s red and it burns when I touch it, almost similar to a rug burn almost. There are also several itching occurrences throughout the day

You have balanoposthitis. in case of type diabetes background, the infection can be fungal as well.
If the diabetes is not controlled then infection might recur and become chronic. so now, first let me know your blood glucose status and send one urine culture and collect the white discharge from the glans and send that too for culture and sensitivity.
