What Do Red Spots On The Arm Indicate?
any ideas what causes red, patchy spots on one arm for app 1 week and finally dries up with application of neosporin then one appears on the other arm. when this dries up and goes away, I now have a red, dry patch just over my eyelid, just below the brow
