What Do Red Spot On Tongue Indicate?

II have red spot on my tongue in the middle near the front of my tongue and it hurts just a little, feels kinda like its been burned. i have it going on 2 days now. i want answers ASAP in case it is something serious, that way it cam be treated if possible. it kinda looks like a birth mark.

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the red spot could be a median rhomboid glossitis, nothing to worry you can use topical anesthetic and analgesics, take multivitamins..i hope my answer will help you..
