What Do Red Rashes On The Neck Indicate?
I m getting red blotches on my neck they last for about 10 to 40 mins.I also have a rash on my neck my deem did skin biopsy and it came back mild spongiotic and interface dermatitis I have no clue what this means the blotches just started a few days ago could you please explain what all this means

You have an allergy to the skin what it is saying. You need to be put on antihistaminic so that allergic response will be mild.
Any antihistamine like Cetirizine, Levocetirizine, or Chlorpromazine would be of help. It can be taken for 3 to 5 days once after food.
