What Do Red Rashes And Tingling Sensation On The Hands Indicate?

Hello Dr. Meyer I have a red mark that appears and disappears lasting about 3 to 4 days before it disappears. I think its been going on for around 10 years. I always woke up with it thinking maybe i scratched it some how but it happened even when i slept with my hands under the pillow. Just the other day it finally happened while i was awake I went into the shower no spot before then when i got out it was there. I actually felt a warm tingly sensation in the area of the mark for just a short time. What do you think this is?

Hi,

Most probably it's dermatitis as it goes and comes away. You can use a steroid ointment for it twice daily .
