What Do Red Bumps On The Shins Indicate?

I got a pedicure about a week ago, and a few days later I noticed some red bumps on my shins, and a couple on the tops of my feet. At first I thought it was just general irritation, a combination of shaving, exfoliation, and tight legged capri pants. I ve been wearing looser pants, but the bumps are still there. The do not itch, they re just red. Could this still be contact dermatitis, or could it be something else? As I said, it was about 4 days before I noticed the bumps, so I m not even sure if the pedicure plays a part in this at all. :D

Many of skin disease are diagnosed clinically location and size and other behaviour of lesion.I think it is due to some of reaction or infection due to pedicure.it is better to consult your gp.
