What Do Rashes On The Lower Back And Around The Breast Indicate?
I have a raised rash on my lower back and around my bra area and on my breast. It is circular raised and a dry, crusty center. It does not itch. I have had the rash for about 3 weeks. I took a Cortisone dose pack the first week. I have been using a topical cortisone cream. The rash improved. However, the next week, it returned. Any idea,how to treat this?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest to use miconazole cream for local application.
I also recommend to maintain a good hygiene, to wash and dry frequently the area.
