What Do Rashes On The Arm, Legs And Chest Indicate?

My daughter has a rash on back arms, chest, legs. Started last night and we went to urgent care. We gave Benadryl and put cortisone on rash last night and it seemed to have cleared up. Then this evening it appears the rash is back and some minor welts. Have given Benadryl and rub on cortisone. Any thoughts on what might be the cause?

thank you for the question
first of all I would suggest you to try and look for any allergens .. for example - Just recall if any new food item was given to ur daughter in the evening, or any new clothing was put, or was she out in the park to play and any insect bite has caused this..
rather dan giving Benadryl- if I were to be in your situation would have consulted a doctor and taken a course of anti allergic medications ( antihistamine)
I find this answer helpful
