What Do Rashes From The Hips To The Groin Area Indicate?

I had a tick in June. I developed a rash, not bullseye, from my hip to my groin. ( The tick was in the crease of my upper leg about three inches from the groin area). I started antibiotics approximately nine days after removing the tick. My first blood test came back negative but th second test was positive. What dan I expect in the future?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to `Ask A Doctor` service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, once the complete course of
antibiotics have been done, there are merely 10 % of chances of
relapse of rashes due to immune mediated mechanics of the
particular individual.

Hope this clears your doubt.
Thanks.
