Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history provided your ultrasonography report of the pelvis suggestive of acute urinary tract infection. For your further workup you should be get investigated with urine routine microscopic analysis.
If your urine report is suggestive of urinary tract infection then antibiotics should be started for that and Cranberry juice can be taken more.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
