What Do Prickling Sensation On Left Side Of Face With Feeling Of Passing Out Suggest?

I keep getting the feeling like I am going to passout. My bp is 101/68 pulse is 64, my Dr says it is low which is why this Is happening but everything says this is a normal bp. I am seeing a cardiologist next month to get some advice about it. I also have a prickling/odd sensation on my left side of my face & down my left arm. My Dr says its not related to my bp. She is writing to a neurosurgeon for advice but doesn t think tis anything bad as I had the sensation 2 years ago & an MRI scan was clear. I think she is just doing it to keep me quiet but its concerning. DO you have any ideas?

Hi,

Your symptoms are suggestive of coronary insufficiency. In this condition, one has to take rest,avoid physical or psychological stress and get expert help. To diagnose it you would need to undergo ECG stress test / cholesterol levels in blood and also HbA1c levels to exclude uncontrolled diabetes. Please consult a cardiac physician for in pointing out the cause followed by specific management.
