What Do Presence Of Blood In Urine Indicate?
Earlier today, when I went to the bathroom, I noticed red blood in my stool/urine. It was enough to turn the water pinkish. Later today, my stool turned green. I did not eat anything to make it turn green. I m a 60 year old female. Can you give me an idea of what might be going on?

Your clinical history regarding fever and previous GI issue has to be taken....
Blood in stool could be from colitis or dysentery like infective condition...
You should be investigated with stool routine microscopy examination and culture if needed
According to cause further specific treatment given
If you developed abdominal pain and after above work up cause not clear than USG done and if needed colonoscopy can be advised
