The reports you have given are indicative of urinary tract infection (urine reports showing 45-50 pus cells and albumin+) but all these reports must be co-related with clinical symptoms.
Do you have fever, burning micturition or lower abdominal pain?
You need to be consulted by urologist or a physician for thoroughly clinical examination with complete medical history.
you will require antibiotics (quinolones specially levofloxacin in high dose (750) or amixocillin (625) with clavulanic acid) to combat urinary infection completely for minimum 12 to 15 days with other symptomatic treatment like analgesics,anti-inflammatory and antacids with urinary alkaliser liquid citralka.
You can also go for urine culture and sensitivity testing to identify growth of the organism which is responsible for urinary infection and sensitivity of antibiotic to that organism.
