can you explain this for me please? Hepatitis B Profile :HBsAg- positive :HBeAb - positive :HBcAB -positive What is the interpretation to the above terms on my report?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

HbsAg means hepatitis B surface antigen, HBeAb means hepatitis B e antigen & HBcAB for Hepatitis B core Antibody. As you have HBsAg- positive &HBcAB -positive you are definately suffering from hepatitis B.
Your HBeAb is postive (& HBeAG that you didnt mentioned is negative) means you might have chronic stage of disease. If you are having chronic stage of disease then you might be prone to liver cirrhosis.
