I am a healthy 48 Caucasian woman. Pmh hysterectomy as 38 for endometriosis, hypothyroidism, hypertryglycerides. My labs are good on meds. Pcp visit 9 mos ago did not show signs of menopause when hormones as checked. I have been having tension type headaches on a 24 hours a day, daily basis for a month now along with hot flashes several times a day. Never had as like this before. If my usual labs are good what is on your differential?
I think you have a hormonal imbalance and you need to be put on hrt dear if symptoms are severe . post hysterectomy and post menopause such symptoms can happen and can be debilitating . go for a hormone panel and then start the treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
