Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It appears from your description that you are having 'vaginitis'. It is both yeast and bacterial infection. Kindly do the following to overcome it.

1. Cleanse the region with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Apply metronidazole gel or clindamycin cream to the vaginal mucosa twice a day for 1 week to overcome bacterial infection.
3. Yeast infections are treated with antifungal cream or suppository containing miconazole or butoconazole, to be applied twice daily for 1 week.
4. Drink good quality of water and keep yourself well hydrated.
5. Wear loose fitting undergarments and dresses. Maintain good personal hygiene.
6. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
