What Do Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Yellow Anal Discharge Indicate?

My daughter is extremely worried over recent symptoms. They are as follows: Pain in mostly lower abdomen (Gyn. exam revealed no problems related to this) The pain is fleeting and is achy . Most times it only lasts a few seconds. Odor noticed when sitting on toilet, yellow discharge from anus on tissue. Feeling of needing to have a BM, but does not have one. Occasional diarrhea and occasional constipation. Thank you - Judy

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should have to do blood investigation with stool rm and cs and colonoscopy SOS after reports I think you might have peri anal abscess so kindly do gastroenterologist consultation with reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
