What Do Pain And Numbness In The Hands Indicate?
In recent days, my hands have been very achy and sore. Last night they went numb regularly. I ve experienced numbness before when I sleep on my shoulder, but last night both hands were becoming numb. Not sure if both symptoms are related. Your thoughts?

If you are having such symptoms, then you should get the x-ray cervical spine and x-ray shoulder AP and lateral view.
Your symptoms are related to cervical strain, you should practice cervical exercises.
