hi my daughter is suffering from auto immune hepatitis (Anti Lkm1 Positve) she is on wysolone and azoran of 5 5and 50 mg since last 4.5 years. Wysolone was stopped in june and right now she has relapse . her s.bill. is 1.4 as direct 0.6 amd indirect 0.8. S.G.P.T and S.G.O.T was 980 and 1025 respectively wysolone 20mg in d morning and azoran 50 mg with 5mg wysolone was prescribed. what to do?

Yes, it shows a relapse in hepatitis with liver dysfunction and rise of liver enzymes SGOT, SGPT.
Continue steroids, have fat free, a protein-restricted diet with an emphasis on carbs and sugars. Rest hastens recovery. Drugs like paracetamol and nimesulide need to be avoided.
