General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the narrow angle of eye suggest alterations in the intra occular pressure which may be due to excess formation of aqueous humor, inadequate drainage through some blockage at canal of Schlemm or others.

I would quote a second opinion definitely before the cataract surgery as another parameters are needed to be evaluated with intra occular pressure and others.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
