General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per your reports your renal parameters are slightly on the higher side, the values are not that much high so that no active intervention is required at present. You can simply follow up the results in every two to three months. Avoid drugs and substances that may input your renal function like pain killers. I suggest you to get an ultrasound scan to to rule out any stones or pooling of fluid (hydroureteronephrosis).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
