I understand your concern.
From the liver enzyme values you have shared, it states that the levels are marginally higher than normal, indicating mild liver dysfunction.
In case you are smoker and alcoholic, you need to stop the habits immediately as it may contribute to further damage to the liver tissues.
Also, intake of antioxidant agents like Vitamin E and Selenium, along with lipotrophic factors like Choline, Inositol and Betaine would help to keep your liver healthy.
