What Do Multiple Myometrial Lesions In An MRI Report Suggest?

hi sir, I m 44 years old and not pregnant yet, i mad the MRI pelvis and it shaw me the following: uterus show multiple myometrial lessions hypo intense inT1W1 &T2W2 non- enhancing the largest measure 1.5*1.2 cm what does it mean and is this effecting my trying to get pregnant.

Dear mam
It seems that the lessions are uterine myoma.
It has also become quite common these days.
Yes they are also a hurdle for pregnancy or retaining the conceive.
For similar patients usually we advise regular treatment with medication,which is also successful to some extent,else myomectomy is the second process.we can opt for laparoscopic myomectomy.
Please have a detail review with your gynaecologist before planning mam.
