i-Pill contains a progesterone called levonorgestrel. One of the common side effect of i-Pill is it alters the rhythm of the menstruation cycle. If your friend has missed her periods, I would advice you to wait for additional 3-4 days or a maximum of 1 week. If the period does not occur after that, she can consult a doctor and check whether any pregnancy has happened.
For your information, Levonorgestrel can prevent pregnancy in upto 95% of the cases and it can have a failure rate in remaining 5% or more cases.
I hope the above information helps you. Thanks.
