What Do Low MCV, RDW And MPV Readings Mean For Someone With Fever And Vomiting?

Hi, My 13 months old son has monthly fever and vomiting somestimes, the doctor requested for cbc and here s the result low mcv, 72.8 (3.90-5.30) low rdw%10.2 (11.5-15.0) low mpv, 7.7 (8.0-11.0) high wbc , 10.8 (3.5-10.0) low mch, 23.8 (24.0-30.0) high lym 58.7 (15.0-50.0) and high gra 33.4 (35.0-80.0) Im worried, pls anyone could give me some info about the result? Thanks

In my opinion the blood CBC parameters of your child aged 13 months are normal according to age. Need not worry.
