What Do Linear T1 Hyper-intensities Noted In The Right Parietal Lobe And Focally In The Left Occipital Lobe In An MRI Report Suggest?

There are linear T1 hyperintensities noted iin the right parietal lobe and focally in the left occiptal lobe , suggestive of vessels . What dose this mean . My daugter is 3 years old and we are not getting answers for her on going seizures .Kindly help

Hello,

Dera usually hyperintencity may see in white demyelinating lesions. These demyelinating may autoimmune disease or post viral encephalitis, etc.. May be they may the cause for seizure focus until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
